I have played around with wordpress and I like it but I’d really like to do some stuff that doesn’t need an entire blog management tool. Is there any software or tools that allows a non-experience programmer to build back end functions with relative ease? Like user authentification, user management, creating a very simple news/blog system, ability to upload content etc?
