IncPlugins is based on a summary knowledge of Andrew Revvo in web sites and PHP development since 2000. Currently the source code has very good optimization for power, simplicity and source code elegancy.
The IncPlugins idea was developed first in 2000 for Atrise Software web site. Then this engine was used in different web projects. In 2006 a plugins architecture, embedded CSS and JavaScript were included into the core script. The first prerelease was published online as open plugins technology specifications.
IncPlugins is public available in Feb 2007.
