What is Design Plugin?

It is a next-generation plugin for webpage design. This plugin replaces and change functions of these plugins: Area, Col, Menu, Text.

In addition this plugin enables new features: breadcrumbs, common CSS-based design styles, grid-based typographics, IE bug fixes, etc.
