how can i improve my picture a little more in photoshop?? any tips or retouchings to make it look professional?

Two quick things to do are adjust the white and black points with either levels or curves. Levels is easier to understand, so open the levels dialog and you will see the histogram. Move the right slider until it lines up with the right end of the histogram. Move the left slider so that it ends up with the left end of the histogram. Hit “OK” and check it out. You can even try “auto” in the levels dialog to see if you like the result.

The other thing is to apply some sharpening with the unsharp mask or by using the high pass filter. I like the high pass filter better. See: http://www.flickr.com/photos/samfeinstein/3339071478/ For a good DSLR image, I use 0.3-0.5 pixel radius to avoid overdoing it. A point and shoot will need more. I find that you can go to 1.0-2.0 a lot of times with a P&S image.

Haven’t done this lately, but how about presenting a page to a hand held device (PDA, cell phone, etc…) that has a limited capability browser? Some of the HTML tags may not be supported.

First off, you are going to have to be able to speak Arabic in order to compose your message coherently.
You’re going to need an Arabic font, since the characters, syntax and glyphs are TOTALLY different from the alphabet we use.
Once you have both of the above, and have the font installed to your system, Photoshop will be able to use that font in exactly the same way it uses any other font.

As to the picture, you’ll need to extract the figure out of the picture it’s in right now onto a separate layer, and then replace the background. At the same time, you’ll need to add the text layer to the same document, and then do a “Merge Visible” so that all three layers appear in one composite image.

In other words, a LOT of work.
