A marketing position in any company will utilize many of the skills you utilize as a graphic designer.
In addition, many companies would benefit from employees at any level with a graphic design background. Sign installation companies, tiny print shops, and even many print directories currently use only simple graphic design, so graphic design skills in those businesses could dramatically increase business.
In addition, many car dealerships really outsource web design for $1000s a month. An inhouse designer would save many dealerships a lot of money.

There are a lot of jobs out there. They are just hard to find, but so many things use graphic design, such as magazine or catalog layout, logo designing, CD or baby book art, billboard design, marketing or advertising, just to name a few. There are opportunities out there, you just have to go after them.

Many jobs rather that you have some web design skills in addition to graphic design. The web is really growing, and there is much more of a need for it. I would say any corporate job in the marketing department, or doing graphic design work for any business.
